Mr. Margules has over 25 years of experience litigating a broad range of business disputes, including fiduciary duty claims, corporate valuation proceedings, corporate and partnership control fights, and insurance coverage defense. He was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, Benchmark Litigation, and the annual list of Delaware “Super Lawyers” published by Philadelphia Magazine in 2007 and 2008. He is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell.
